Boxing excels fitness because it’s a high-intensity, full-body workout that builds cardiovascular endurance and power. For competition, it sharpens focus, discipline, and strategic thinking, translating physical gains into the mental toughness needed to perform under pressure and outwit opponents in the ring.

- 18h30 to 19h00 - Bag Work / Pad Work / Boxing Techniques / Drills / Shadow Boxing

Are there any age restrictions ?
You must be at least 10 years old. There is no upper age limit.
Do you provide boxing gear ?
We have limited gear available for beginners, but we recommend to purchase your own as soon as possible after joining.
Which clothes are suitable to wear for training ?
Comfortable gym clothes. No head gear.
Do you participate in competitions ?
Yes, but you must grade first before you can participate in official events.
Can I do a demo lesson?
You are welcome to join us for a first free lesson.
What is the minimum equipment?
Hand wraps and mouth protector.
Which boxing gloves can I purchase ?
To start with training not the cheapest nor the most expensive training gloves at any recognised sport store.
What must I bring with ?
Hand wraps, Water bottle, Towel, Mouth protector, Groin protector, Boxing Gloves, Head gear, Skipping rope, Extra dry and warm clothes.
